Prius Abogados

We lived legally in Spain for around 25 years, but when we left to return to the UK we didn't realise that legally we had to inform the Tax Hacienda that we no longer resided in Spain, so we aquired a fine, which each year increased, and our Spanish Bank Account was embargoed. Eventually we obtained a HMRC Certificate proving our residence in the UK and after even more months, the Hacienda reduced the enormous fine, so we proceeded to settle the balance. It was now in 2025 when we obtained the assistance of Oscar from the Prius Abogados in Fuengirola. Again getting a certificate showing that we no longer owed the Agencia Tributaria any money took months and without Oscar's assistance we probably would still be without this Certificate. So we can positively recommend Prius Abogados for their excellent work in resolving this matter.
