We had a strange experience in trying to find a lawyer with them. We were illegally charged agency fees for our apartment rental, and are without sufficient water in the apartment, so wanted a lawyer to help us. Although the receptionist was nice and spoke English, they quickly called us back to 'deny' our case. When asking why, they didn't give a real reason, and claimed it was legal for an agency to charge the tenant fees. Quite surprising that they don't know the Spanish law, which forbids that since 2023, and that they didn't want to take our case. Disappointing.
We had (and are still having) a great experience. We contacted several law firms and decided to continue with this one because of the attention and care that we received from the staff and especially from Nieves who was professional, responsive and caring. She made sure that we had all our questions answered. We will definitely continue with this law firm and will recommend them to our friends and colleagues. Thank you!
