Patricia Gabeiras is an amazing lawyer who has supported us throughout the long process of obtaining justice. After a long fight, we finally received around a 30,000 euro refund for a mis sold floor clause mortgage with Bankinter. Our situation was complicated and at times we despaired that we would ever obtain justice but Patricia defeated the banks arguments every time, even when bankinter appealed and dragged the process on for years through multiple hearings. Patricia is an absolute expert in the fields of floor clause, multi currency and other abusive mortgage products sold by spanish banks.
