Dr. Reichmann

I work as a sales representative for Lucas Fox real estate in Ibiza. When my clients told me that they chose Mr Armin Reichman - a German lawyer based in Mallorca - I started to be doubtful about being able to have a successful result. Ibiza is a very particular place to purchase a property and only a local highly experienced lawyer (problem-solving oriented instead of problem-pointing out oriented) is able to ensure a safe deal in most of the cases. It took me short time to understand that for sure Dr Reichmann IS that lawyer which any buyer willing to spend millions on their investment NEEDS. The communication with him and his assistant, Miss Marisa Herbrandt, has been impeccable from the 1st moment. Their professional advices and help were spotless during the whole process â and my appreciation towards them developed quickly into a profound respect as they have devoted themselves completely to fulfill our client´s dream of buying a house in Ibiza after years of search for the right one. Meine leider dieses Jahr im September an Krebs verstorbene Frau und ich haben einen fast dreijͤhrigen gemeinsamen Weg mit der Kanzlei Dr. Reichmann hinter uns. Sie haben uns bis zum finalen Kauf unserer Traumimmobilie dieses Jahr Anfang Juli sehr professionell ubd nit viel Engagement begleitet. Uns sogar von der ein oder anderen Immobilie abgeraten und uns dadurchmit Sicherheit viel ̈́rger erspart. Wir waren die ganze Zeit sehr zufrieden mit der Kanzlei Dr. Reichmann und insbesondere mit unserem Fachanwalt José Antonio Fernández López. Mi esposa, que lamentablemente falleció de cáncer en septiembre de este año, y yo hemos pasado casi tres años con el bufete del Dr. Reichmann. Nos acompañaron muy profesionalmente y con gran compromiso hasta la compra final de la propiedad de nuestros sueños este año a principios de julio. Incluso nos desaconsejaron una u otra propiedad, lo que sin duda nos ahorró muchos problemas. They accompanied us very professionally and with great commitment until the final purchase of our dream property this year at the beginning of July.
