Beware of these crooks. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS FIRM if you value your money or your peace of mind. They care nothing about protecting your interestsâonly about bleeding you dry. We hired this law firm for what should have been straightforward legal support in purchasing a house near Bakio. Our goal was simple: ensure everything was solid with the purchase. But instead, we were met with arrogance, dishonesty, and a complete disregard for our concerns. First, the owner, David, is RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, and downright HOSTILE. He treats clients with contempt and clearly has no interest in providing any actual service beyond charging fees. His attitude was just the beginning of our nightmare. The main issue we faced was Spain's backwards deposit requirement: you're forced to hand over a non-refundable 10% deposit on a propertyâmeaning that if the bank withdraws your loan approval, you lose thousands, if not tens of thousands, with zero recourse. Knowing this, we wanted to protect ourselves and make sure our deposit was safeguarded if the bank backed out. But David flatly REFUSED to make a basic adjustment to our contract. No explanation, no compromiseâjust his outright refusal to protect our interests. We then shifted to another lawyer within the firm, hoping for more professionalism. Unfortunately, this lawyer, Itor, turned out to be nothing more than a puppet for David. The entire process was dragged out for months, with the sellers eventually backing out at the last minute after weâd already invested extensive time and money. Throughout this mess, Itor had assured us it would be easy to recover some of our direct costs from this prolonged ordeal. Yet after the summer, he told us weâd need to take the sellers to court to see a penny of compensationâof course, at additional expense to us. In our experience, this firm is the epitome of greed and deceit, with zero accountability or professionalism. They have absolutely no interest in protecting their clientsâonly in exploiting them for every euro they can. DO NOT TRUST OR HIRE THIS FIRM. THEY ARE CON ARTISTS. Response to the lawyer: This illustrates the exact reason why these people cannot be trusted: Firstly, I never indicated that the law firm was responsible for the deal going bad... this is another lack of attention to details, which these troglodytes are sure to do in your case. Secondly, calling their ex-client a child due to their inadequacies... Thirdly, flat out lying. We met Itor in his office and it was his recommendation that we SEEK to be compensated for our expenses. We have that documented in several written communications... This firm is a JOKE...
