The phone # listed here on Google is not the phone # to reach him. He moved so I don't know if he lost that #. His web site has all the correct contact info; colombiavisas.com. James is an accomplished and knowledgeable person but sometimes the always polite staff is not responsive with that aura of urgency that I value highly. His office has secured three Colombian visas and a passport renewal for me so in the end they got the job done at a fair price including sending a courier to Bogota and delivering the visas & passport to my door. He provides a scrupulously documented itemization of the costs involved. He lists every fee separately so you can tell exactly how much he charges and how much the government charges.

Firstly the owner is a very nice guy. His staff is absolutely terrible. They never answer text of phone calls. They never keep you updated on the process, which sucks because James is really cool. The customer service is the worse. I went into the process hoping to forge a long lasting relationship with them but they are impossible to work with as the ignore you relentlessly. I will never use them again for anything. Just answering the phone or a text goes a long way.

Total Scammers. They give you a list of costs and quotes, then when they receive half the deposit, tell you that you need to sign more documents and will charge you hundreds of dollars more.
