Scheduled the consultation for 4:30. The day of I confirmed but was asked if I could do 4:00, and gladly obliged. Arrived 15 minutes early and was told the attorney was on the way (the staff was pleasant). Just sat until 4 came and went. No update or apology. Left at 410 still no attorney. And no follow-up apology. Waste of time and money. I have been to Colombia dozens of times and I am very familiar with customs and courtesies. I found the experience distasteful and unprofessional.
