THEY WILL EXTRACT YOUR MONEY! First they will promise you super moves, and then they will tell you your papers have a problem and they are willing to work on it. And then they will ask you tons of money for the "job of the insider". Basically, you can do what they will do. Or if you ask them to do the job for you, prepare your wallet. Warning: If you are a foreigner considering using a visa agency in Colombia, you need to read this before choosing who to trust. I am highly suspicious of the positive reviews on this business page. This was, without exaggeration, one of the most frustrating and poorly managed professional service experiences I have ever dealt with. I hired this firm to handle my spouse visa process and paid substantial fees upfront, expecting a basic level of diligence and competence. From the beginning, I repeatedly warned them—in writing—about the expiration dates of critical documents and asked them to ensure everything was submitted on time. I was explicitly assured multiple times that deadlines were under control. Those assurances turned out to be meaningless. They missed several written deadlines that they themselves had set. As a direct and entirely predictable result, my documents expired and the Ministry issued a requirement for updated background checks—the exact outcome I had warned them about repeatedly. What is even more concerning is how they handled this afterward. Instead of acknowledging the situation, they attempted to explain it away as a “discretionary decision” by immigration authorities. This is difficult to take seriously, given that the issue was directly tied to expired documents caused by missed deadlines. Rather than take responsibility, they shifted blame. Communication throughout the process was inconsistent, vague, and required constant follow-up just to get basic answers. At critical points, I was left without clear information while dealing with time-sensitive immigration matters that directly affected my legal status. When the visa was finally approved, I attempted to discuss a partial refund or adjustment due to the documented delays and issues. Instead of addressing the concerns, they refused to proceed unless I paid the remaining balance immediately, under the pressure of the visa issuance deadline. I have this in writing. On top of that, I was charged to have my own original documents returned to me, and I had to request invoices multiple times before receiving proper billing documentation. The visa was eventually approved, but that does not change the reality of how the process was handled. What should have been a structured and professionally managed service turned into a prolonged period of unnecessary stress, uncertainty, and constant follow-up. If you are expecting a firm that takes ownership, communicates clearly, and manages deadlines responsibly, this experience strongly suggests otherwise. I would not work with this company again under any circumstances.
