Our experience with Camilo was a great one. While the process took quite a long time that was not his fault that's the US government. He made himself available to us and was super helpful answering all of her questions. I believe he did a very thorough job in making sure that everything was thought through and was completed in a manner that would not only get us approval but would also limit questions and make the processes speedy and as easy as possible.
