I have worked with Intercol four times now for four separate student visas. They are amazing. They helped me every step of the way and took the time to explain everything to me, sometimes multiple times, and never lost patience with my endless questions. For my last visa I was super nervous because I needed to complete the process before going on vacation. They made a point of calling me on the day I needed to turn in my paperwork for the application to make sure that everything got done on time, and somehow got my passport from Medellín to Bogotá and back in less than 48 hours, which is a miracle if you ask me. I'm leaving for vacation in 9 days and because they got everything done so quickly I can pack my suitcases tranquila. If you're thinking about applying for a student visa on your own just. . . don't. Call them and they'll sort everything out for you no problem.
Very poor and unprofessional service. The agent was giving her comments about my relationships and didn't know some basic information I needed so I was confused several times. While attending me she answered the phone and wasn't interested in saving my time. I walked in the agency in front and they clearly explained me all the details in 5 minutes.
