If you are in Colombia , this is an amazing agency. I booked two trips with them to Guadape and Comuna 13, and both went amazing. They go above and beyond in assisting with everything you need . I also understood they offer way more than that. If you are there ask for Daniel Henriques, he is amazing .

I had a great experience with my teacher Diana. She was very positive and encouraging and I felt a bond with her. She was patient and flexible when I was struggling to understand. I would highly recommend the school for anyone serious about learning Spanish.

I had an amazing time studying Spanish at Toucan. The teachers and all the staff are absolutely amazing and so kind. I never would have thought I would learn so much Spanish in such a short time. For the group classes they asses your level and place you accordingly in a class, I felt I was placed in the right level every time. The teachers make every day fun and come up with great new things in class, so it is not just learning grammer. Next to that they organize a class every week to practice Spanish in real life and explore the city. The teachers are very helpful and patient. I liked that we as a class had lots to say about what the classes would look like and what we wanted to learn. Even though I was there to learn a different use of Spanish than my traveling classmates I never felt like there was no time for what I wanted to learn. I had 2 different teachers and had an amazing time in both classes. With Sara at the beginning for the more beginner level and on to Moisés for a bit more advanced Spanish. Both made me feel welcome and are amazing teachers. Other than the classes it was great to meet people from all over the world to practice Spanish with and talk with them about their experiences in Colombia. I am so thankful for my time there and I would advise everyone that wants to learn Spanish to take classes at Toucan, this is for sure the best place to take classes in Medellin!

Incredible place to learn Spanish 👏🏼 I just finished my two weeks of basic Spanish with Juanse (best teacher ever). I really cannot recommend these guys enough! Daniel was incredibly helpful ensuring my lessons fit in with my schedule while travelling here. There was a language exchange event on every Wednesday evening where I could practise my Spanish and on Fridays, we went on amazing trips to see the local sites (and speak Spanish!) I would really recommend the classes to make friends and then maybe one hour of private lessons in the afternoon. Toucan ensured I was with other students of a similar standard and constantly checked in the unsure I was happy with the set up. Brilliant value for money! I will definitely be back soon to continue my progress 🤞🏼

Well I've just finished one month of study at Toucan and have nothing but good things to say. My teacher Mariana provided the perfect blend of normal, everyday conversation and more traditional academic learning and while I didn't get the chance to directly study under other teachers, I did get to know them a bit outside the classroom and it seemed quite clear they were also top-notch at their job. Daniel was an excellent logistics person, doing a ton of multi-tasking to help people with tours, customized experiences, setting up fun intercambios or just answering questions, and I have no doubt that the other people whom I didn't get the chance to know are equally skilled at their jobs. And the cherry on top, they're all just quite wonderful people!

This company was very helpful in helping me choose a tour. I chose Jerico, and it was overall a good experience. I will use them again to select a tour. They also offer Spanish lessons and other services.

My level is B2 and I had 2 hours per day of one on one lessons with Sara Martinez who was exceptional. It helped that her knowledge of English was very good as she was able to impart the subtleties of how things are actually said between the 2 languages. We focused on practical every day Spanish and avoided complicated ways of saying things focusing on keeping the language as simple as possible. She also gave me great tools and free websites and apps to assist in the future. She also compiled a very useful document based on the material we covered in the week I was at Toucan. Highly recommended.

Great staff! Im happy with the organization of the spanish-level groups. I tried both group clases and private. The group clases are great for getting to know other students/people traveling. And most of the time everyone lives close by, so its easy to make social plans in the afternoon. The private clases are very effective for quick learning of spanish, because the classes are so hand-sawn to your level. (Also its nice to start school a bit later in the day if you like dancing during the night:)
