My experience with Jared and Diego was nothing short of excellent. They guided me through the entire process of getting a Temporary Residency Visa for myself and my son, from preparing documents, facilitating and accompanying me to appointments, answering legal questions about details, and more. Our process was chaotic from the start, with multiple unexpected hiccups, system glitches, and a name error that sent everything spiraling. But this team showed up for us every single time, with patience, professionalism, and genuine human care. Their dedication was unmatched. I have never seen attorneys go to the lengths they went for us. When a technical issue with my FMMX form stalled my entire process, they personally escorted me back to the airport — not once, but twice — just to resolve it. Ulises even drove me there himself and stood in line at 4:45 a.m. to push forward my wife’s paperwork after immigration staff gave us conflicting information. They problem-solved on the spot, advocated for us repeatedly, and did it all without ever making us feel like an inconvenience. As a family with twin four-year-olds, the immigration process could have been a nightmare. Phones and tablets aren’t allowed inside, and asking two small boys to sit still for hours is unrealistic at best. But the team made sure we were allowed to wait in the courtyard so our kids could run around and stay occupied. And when we hit the 3 p.m. cutoff — the point where immigration normally stops taking people upstairs for biometrics — Ulises somehow still managed to get us through. His persistence is the reason I have my residency card in hand. Lexidy is highly responsive (text, email, or phone) and clearly invested in helping families like ours make Mexico home. They guided us through every unexpected obstacle with professionalism and heart. I genuinely cannot imagine doing this process without them. Renewed my temporary residence card with the help of Francisco Tolentino and Diego Leyva. Immigration made a big mistake in their system, giving me a big headache. Fortunately, with Francisco and Diego’s timely help, my card was re-approved and re-issued the same day, which could have taken until next Wednesday if they hadn’t pushed hard talking the Immigration officer into doing that because it’s INM’s mistake. I feel assured knowing that all my future legal cases here would be backed up by these professionals.
