I am very happy with my experience working with Migralaw to change my residency type. From the beginning, the team was professional, responsive, and clear about the steps involved in the process. The overall timeline was slow, but this was due to INM being inundated with applications, which was clearly explained to me. Throughout this period, the lawyers stayed in contact and kept me informed about the status of my case and any updates from INM. I always knew what was happening and what to expect next. The fee was fair and reasonable for the level of service provided. I felt supported and well represented during the entire process. I would definitely use Migralaw again and would confidently recommend them to friends and colleagues.

The delay was exacerbated by Migralaw’s failure to provide just with “next week will be done” messages. I provide with the patient, and paying before they got anything done. And which was not communicated to me until it halted the processing. While you mentioned that a refund is being processed, the real issue was the inconsistency and mismanagement on your part. I wish you had been as prompt in responding and handling the case as you are in replying to this review. I would not recommend this law firm based on my experience, as I consistently had to reach out for updates rather than receiving proactive communication. I hope this clarifies the situation.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Migralaw. They handled the entire process of obtaining my temporary resident permit and were communicative with updates throughout.
