Terrible experience with them. 不守承诺，请当心。 I went to Mexico City to meet them and they had a plan for me, which I liked. So I made the first pay on Dec 5th 2023 to get things moving. It all went down to the toilet from there unfortunately. A lawyer contacted me and told me a different plan. Obviously he was not briefed on the discussion we had in CDMX. Sometimes we were supposed to have calls on WhatsApp but they wouldn’t show up or just cancelled my meeting. It looked like they had more important things to do. Just these sort of things gradually diminished my trust. Long story short, nothing got done and I was very confused. By late February, I ran out of patience and told them I would terminate the service. They said they would refund my 1st pay. After months, nothing ever happened with promise after promise. On July 31 2024, they finally told me they would only refund 70% back to me on weekly installments. I thought that was it and I agreed to just move on with the refund plan. Yet nothing happened. Now it’s March 2025. Looking back, I still don’t believe I was scammed but I don’t understand how a business can run like this in a very unprofessional way. My case is not complicated but if you can’t help me, that’s fine. It would be an amicable termination of service. But when you make an agreement, you stick with it. It’s that simple for refund. But it’s not for them obviously. If you are a foreigner, without sufficient Spanish fluency, this is my extremely frustrating story for your reference before you employ their services.
