So here is my experience with Vargas Nolan Santiago. I was sent to this location from the offices of Autlan Navarro Jalisco from some paperwork that my father was not able to take care of before he passed. My goal was not to get a consultation at this place but just to ask why I was sent here. When I arrive older gentleman was very kind and asked me to stepped in, and so I did. I told him the story and they probably spent 5 minutes looking for my stuff and the rest of the hour and a half they all spent talking on their phones to other clients while I waited. Before I was about to leave they said it was going to be 1000 pesos. I asked, 1000 pesos for what? The gentleman replied, for the consultation, I said, what consultation? He said for the work they did and that I should had asked them at them begging if they charged. I looked at him and said, NO, you as the business owner should let people know that you are going to be able to find the information or not depending of what they are seeking for and do not spect that everyone is willing to go and spend 1000 pesos for 5 to 10 minutes of work put together. Overall, I personally, do not recommend this place to anyone as I know for a fact that there better places to go.
Definitivamente jamás acudir a éste nefasto lugar, hacen las escrituras mal, cobran por hacer una aclaración de la misma escritura que hicieron mal y de nuevo lo hacen mal (lo rechazan en el registro público de la propiedad, y finalmente quieren volver a cobrar y caro, no dan recibo ni factura de honorario, EVITELO.

Definitivamente jamás acudir a éste nefasto lugar, al menos con una persona llamada Ángel, primero indica un precio, una vez que llegas lo incrementa casi al doble, y si pides recibo de honorarios, argumenta que cobrará el IVA, Como si se tratara de una factura, nada recomendable, EVITELO.
Hiciron Los papels mal y cobraron otravez para arreglarlos. 6600 pesos gastados por trabajo mal hecho!
