Fernanda was very diligent and proactive in following up with the builder and made sure I was fully informed of the progress and any requirements. She made navigating the Quintana Roo real estate process and all of its documentation extremely easy, providing clear step by step instructions at every stage. Her orchestration of all of the processes was flawless - frequent communication with the developer, the bank trust setup, Notary Public fees details, deed signing and filing, CFDI from the developer, and more. I was very confident in her representation of me and my real estate purchase and I truly appreciate her professionalism and dedication. This “law firm” is nothing more than a scam. From day one, communication was a nightmare — countless emails ignored, no real answers, and zero effort to protect me as their client. I paid them to represent me in a pre-sale contract that was never going to be built, and while the builder has been in breach for over a year, Sekura did absolutely NOTHING. Their so-called “work” amounted to serving the builder and then abandoning me. No follow-up, no strategy, no results. I had to hire a real law firm just to enforce the contract because Sekura was completely useless. They mislead, they lie, and they extort money from clients while providing nothing of value. The positive reviews you see online are laughable — fake fluff to cover up their incompetence. This is the worst excuse for a law firm I’ve ever encountered. Save yourself the stress and money: do not ever hire Sekura.

Very professional Law Firm that delivered results. As a US citizen the process of buying property in Mexico is difficult without a great Law Firm. Sekura delivered from start to finish. Don't use them for real estate deals! They didn't check everything and i needed to pay electricity for the time the apartment wasn't mine yet Also they didn't give me reciepts for the amount i put in the escrow account they opened for me They didn't give me back the difference or give me the proper reciepts. They owe me money I'm trying to get answers for 2.5 years and don't get them
