I arrived at airport and fell into the sales pitch to meet someone about hotels stays at Hard rock Hotel- hours later I signed a contract that would bind me for 30 years. If the product was what the sales person stated it would have been great but it wasn't.The contract gave me 5 days to cancel via certified mail.I attempt to obtain the physical address to send the cancelation request, it was not on my contract, was not on the website and when I called to request it, I was told it was confidential information. I reached out to QHA and they acted quickly and got contract cancelled!
