Notary Public # 4

I chose this notary because of the number of stars given by others but from my experience I don’t see how anyone could have given them high ratings. I contacted them over a week ago asking them if they could do a power of attorney which included a special clause, I was told by the secretary “Lladeri” that they would call me back to let me know if they could. One day pass and they didn’t call so I called them, the secretary once again told me that the lawyer would have to speak to the person in charge of the notary to find out if they could do it. It’s been a week and I still have not received a call. I called them and I said can you just please give me a simple yes or no if they could do the power of attorney and the secretary told me that the lawyer Alma Perez was still working on finding out if they could do it and that she would call me and still I have not received a phone call. This is really sad in my opinion that they can’t even take one minute to call a customer back and say hey we can’t do the job or yes we can do it. I know that there are other notaries but The point is that they have very poor poor service!

Personnel is not very friendly outside the lady on the front lobby, mostly is done by the real estate agent and the lady that finishes the process from this place seems like she hates people and not very happy to get questions
