My siblings and me needed a power of attorney to be used in Mexico. I worked closely with Gloria. We set up an appointment and travelled from Los Angeles to Tijuana to review and sign everything. We picked up the final product later that afternoon. Very happy with the professionalism and communication we had with Notario 10. If you ever need a notary public in Tijuana this is the place to go. They do have parking available
