If you want to prevent a headache avoid this Notary. Truly any other will be better. - No follow up -One year to do a escritura (deed) -No care -Terrible presentation of your document. My deed has so many stapler's holes that looks like a gruyere cheese -They truly do not care -Take forever to respond -If you make a comment they respond with a email to prove you that the client is wrong (even if you are not) Beware

I've been trying to contact them for over a month now. No answer. I tried to contact them on every way possible.. Would not work with them ever!
