I worked with this notary to take care of several transactions involving property in Ixtapa: making modifications to a trust, buying a property, and selling a property. My general impression is that they do not pay attention to details, which, as notaries should be one of their prime concerns. Every time there were multiple mistakes in all the documents they gave me. They gave me the impression that they used documents for other similar transactions as a template, and then changed whatever information needed to be changed, but forgot to change parts that needed to be changed, and entered my information incorrectly in several places. In my last transaction with me, I ended up paying too much in taxes because they were not careful to ask for the information they needed. I was not able to be refunded for the excess tax I paid because they did not fill in the documents they had to send to hacienda (the SAT) properly. I do not recommend doing business with this notary.

Lovely office, fast service. Excellent staff, but never actually met the notary in any of my transactions. 🤭
