Notaria Pública No 21

I worked with 3-4 notaries here in playa del carmen already, but what I realized here was the worst. we bought a land, notary confirmed that there is no debit. Turned out there is lots of debit. Also getting the final papers after 6 months!!!! and on the phone they said always that papers will be ready next week - next week - next week.... Awful service - never ever recommend it! And also on the e-mails do not wait any answer.

Please don't waste your time and money with this notary. They misspelled a name on the document even though I paid "extra" to expedite their job. By reading the other reviews I'm not the first to pay extra for this. After they refused to correct their own mistake. Shame

Please do not work with this notary. They finished the purchasing papers after one year and during this time they closed the office, poor availability, unprofessional service, lost of time and money
