They have a beautiful facility, and the staff is very professional and helpful. They have many parking spaces in front, but they do not have one designated for disabled parking. It is a very busy place, So it is very likely if you are in a wheelchair that you will not have a place to park. If you are lucky enough to get a regular parking spot there is not enough space to open your door wide and get your wheelchair next to the vehicle. I understand that there is no ADA in Mexico... But there is absolutely no reason for a building of this age to not have parking for disabled people. That sends the message that they do not value disabled people's business, and I will not return.

If you are in the Baja and need a Notaría Pública this is one of the best. And English is spoken if you need help with your transaction. These guys are great.
Had an appointment but person decided to "step out for a minute" which turned out to be a while!!!!
This is a good place to get something notarized. It costs about US $100 per document.
