Very difficult to get of hold of and does not return phone calls. Not a good starting point !
Overpriced, lack of competition, unnecessary, over-burdening paper work. Very steep stone steps to enter. Should have an elevator. Notaries in Mexico, not this one, have a generally poor reputation, a lot of fraud
Google maps information is incorrect. I use Google maps to find this business and walked there to find a vacant building. Very disappointed that they haven’t updated their location
