Joseline and Yael at Kanan Lawyers helped us in the difficult process of purchasing an apartment in Quintana Roo. In addition, we had several personal complications that prevented us from being able to complete the purchase in person, as well as to inspect the property ourselves at delivery. Joseline and Yael went out of their way to act on our behalf, making sure that the builder and the realtor we worked with delivered the unit as promised. Moreover, they guided us in the process of obtaining a power of attorney certificate from the Mexican Embassy so that they could sign the paperwork on our behalf. Their fees were very reasonable, and Joseline explained everything carefully, including more complicated aspects of the law. I am thoroughly impressed not only by their professionalism but most importantly by their business integrity, and I recommend Kanan Lawyers in the strongest possible terms.

This business may be able to help with paperwork, but I otherwise recommend to avoid getting involved with them.

10/10 Yael(lawyer) and Alex(translator) were amazing! I am an American in Tulum for vacation and ran into issues at the airport. They were fast, very nice and got the job done ! Would definitely recommend.
