My wife and I are still being ignored after over two years of trying to close. Alejandro refuses to finish the job, we have paid in full and more. My ñame is Tara Salazar, paper work and recemos in hand and I have message Records for over two years. This has been a complete nightmare for us.

ZERO STARS!! The law firm of Horus was the worst we have ever had to deal with!!! They would rarely respond, and that's only after bugging them non-stop. Aljendro Baqueiro was our alleged attorney who also lived in the complex we bought in. Obviously, we couldn't trust our neighbor for him to be professional and responsive, which was very sad. We purchased our condo October 2017 and never received our official filed closing documents because the Horus Law Firm gave our personal closing documents to a COMPLETE STRANGER!! Then they charged us again to obtain another set of filed closing documents with the attachments. We had to constantly send WhatsApp messages to Aljendro, Elizabeth and Diego, which they continued to ignore! All because they don't provide the customer with their rightful documents. We just received the last document they owed us, but it will be 8 years October 2025!! This is unacceptable behavior and I would NEVER, EVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!! BUYERS BEWARE!

I was told I already received them, but later found out this year that the Horus Law Firm gave our personal closing documents to a COMPLETE STRANGER!! Then they charged me again to obtain another set of filed closing documents with the attachments. I flew in April 2025, and Horus tried giving me an unfiled document with no attachments!! Luckily I had a Realtor assist me, and finally, after almost 8 years, received all but one of our closing documents. I had to constantly send WhatsApp messages to Aljendro, Elizabeth and Diego, which they continued to ignore! I believe discrimination is a key to how they treat foreigners because they seem to have a pattern of not finishing the job providing the customer with their rightful documents. I know of several people who still don't have their documents either. I just received the last document they owed me, but it will be 8 years next month!! This is unacceptable behavior and I would NEVER, EVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!! BUYERS BEWARE!

Be very careful dealing with this company. They did our closing and three years later, still no deed. Turns out, they never paid the taxes. So now we have to cough up the 14K again so get our property registered.

These people are thieves! I bought a property more than 2 years ago and paying all closings and they still not register my property! Apparently someone took the money and didn't pay the INSABI payment which I paid it in full when closing! They unprofessional and liers!! We are still waiting for someone to answer us and take care my property! Stay away and don’t do business with them!!

Buying property? Foreigner? Hear name”Horus”? RUN RUN RUN! Disrespectful, lying every time they open the mouth. As soon as they get YOUR money, they loose the interest to you. You will be waiting and stressing, guaranteed. Almost 2 years to get a paperwork, that should be ready in 2 months. STAY AWAY! Efficient and honest Real State Lawyers. Horus helped us regularize and expedite the deed of property for a Condo we bought in Tulum, Mexico. Now everything is in order and their fees are totally fair.

Totally agree with previous review. Irresponsible, lying and very creative for excuses. Hard to contact them, after money paid. Just stay away.
