Highly Recommend! Seamless Residency Process ​My family traveled from Texas to Tijuana to start the process for my wife's permanent residency (family unity, based on my daughter). This was after a prior, successful dual citizenship process for me and my children. ​Our Case Manager, Linda, was phenomenal. I had months of questions due to the investment required, and she answered every call and email with patience and professionalism. She even coordinated our local transportation for two appointments and helped with San Diego travel logistics. Amazing and efficient! I started the process back in October and the lovely people at DNExpress were so fast at getting back to me. They help you with everything. I had a "perfect" case so I was able to get all my documents in and sent off in a timely manner. For someone like me who really appreciates all the help I can get, I had no problem with the fees, it was worth it in my book. Anyways, the longest part was getting an appointment at my local Mexcan consulate which DNExpress did also, they make the appointmentfor you. I had to wait about a month for that but thats ok! My appointment was today and I walked out of there with the passport in my hands! I had no idea they made them same day. I have already recommended DNExpress to several friends, thank you again!

If you have all the required documents with the correct information DNExpress facilitate the process of becoming a Mexican citizen. They answered all my questions and provided all the necessary information I needed for my dual citizenship . I want to thank them for doing an excellent job. I now have dual citizenship, something I had considered years ago .

DNExpress helped me attain my dual citizenship when my circumstances prevented me from doing so at a consulate and even at a registro civil in Mexico! I decided to contact DNExpress once I amended my birth certificate because I knew that I wouldn't be able to travel to Mexico within the next two years and there were more steps involved by doing the process at the registro civil. They let me know firsthand that they had to review my case. I sent them PDF copies of the required documents by email and luckily I was a good candidate! I had to mail my apostilled US birth certificate along with a required cover letter. I paid through the website but they have a variety of options for payments which is great. They explain that it is a silent process, meaning that you don't get any updates until your birth registration is completed. I trusted the process and a month later I received confirmation of my Mexican birth registration along with a copy of my birth certificate. They give you 72 hours to review the information on the certificate so make sure to check that the names are correct, especially if you have an amended US birth certificate. They send your documents back through mail and you can pay extra if you want it to arrive sooner, which I did. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the process and the clear communication, the staff answered all of my questions and I felt completely satisfied with service I received. I have been recommending DNExpress to friends and people online whenever we talk about dual citizenships. Five stars all around!

I can't say enough about what a pleasure it was working with the folks at DNExpress. I got very accurate information from them, responses to my questions and queries were answered in a very timely manner and the costs for their services were very reasonable. Don't waste your time getting dual citizenship and/or passport on your own. DNExpress can do it for you and you can avoid all the headaches.
