Bufete Fuentes Leon is definitely the worst experience I've ever had with a law firm in 25 years of business. I didn’t get the best recommendation for an extremely simple procedure. The firm was never able to send me an invoice with the correct amount and a bank detail accepted by the bank. I had to make bank transfers 3 times to pay them in advance because none of the bank details provided by the law firm were accepted by the banks (I used HSBC and BNP Paribas with whom I never had any problems before). The last bank detail given by the law firm for their paiement was not even in the name of the law firm but in the name of another company that is apparently not even a law firm. I had to permanently send many messages at each deadline to have feedback from the lawyer because most of these deadlines were not respected and the work was apparently not done in time. They were not even able to provide a business email address for working and every document sharing and discussions had to be made via Whatsapp. The obvious lack of seriousness and professionalism that I consider I have experimented with this law firm left me in very embarrassing situations. Faced with this situation, I had to end this procedure and relaunch it with another serious law firm in Mexico. I also confirm the reviews indicating arrogant behavior, little education in the attitude and intimidation attempts as I felt the exact same thing. I regularly work with law firms in several countries for my business, this one is by far the worst experience with a law firm I ever had in 25 years. I consider I definitely lost my time and my money with them.
