Francisco didn't respond to emails for a week after other party left, so I wrote a bad review and within 2 hours he emailed complaining the review wasn't accurate and made it look like it was his fault. I deleted it and rewrote this. Francisco knew other party was collecting money from the estate and spending it. All Francisco said was that if anything, the money should have gone to him to assist. I agree. Ronnie said they were filing paperwork but we never heard anything. After bad review Francisco said filing wasn't accepted. They then asked for a document to be apostilled that other party claimed has already been apostilled and provided. Francisco wanted me to send $500-$1000 a month, but when I asked for a fee breakdown, I was told that would cost me money. The above issues, delays, and already long standing family issues caused stress and distrust, between Baja liberty and all parties already in a distrusting environment due to missing wills and deleted information of deceased, which coincidentally the other party had access too. The other party made financial commitments that were never kept on multiple occasions, but could take an overseas vacation booked after initiating case, causing me to eventually call the other party bad names and accuse them of lying, stealing and attempting to drain me. The other party thinking I was broke, then claimed intestacy and went for guaranteed assets, saying other party could have contested and apparently illegally obtained property. One no fideicomiso, the other co owned by ex wife. There were squatters in both. I gave up property rights to other parties abandoned son. Francisco suggested I waste more money on lawyers contesting, when intestacy rules and the inheritance act make it virtually impossible. I am a step son. I am not dependent and have more assets than other party. The other party has no assets of any value. I will not be left holding the bag, as they say. Messages and emails showed both parties were losing patience and were concerned about representation due to above issues. I am out $10000 I will probably receive nothing of inheritance I will never know my fathers actual wishes. Although they are friendly and willing to sit on calls for long periods of time and francisco is a good talker, I can't recommend Is that more accurate Francisco? If not, let me know and perhaps you can write it for me. I would also suggest the other party take my fathers laptop to a professional to scrub for deleted information and not try to do it themselves or with a friend. It won't be valid, but at least I will know. I was willing to pay a professional to do this. Oh yea... I'm the bad guy because I'm pissed off now. The wife and I are grateful we set a limit on funds due to previous issues with other party.

This 5 star rating pales in comparison to the level of service that Francisco provided when my mother recently passed away. Not only did he travel with us to the various offices to handle all of legalities, but his professional connections allowed us to complete everything in three business days. As a foreigner who speaks limited Spanish, I especially appreciated his sensitivity to the situation through English translation during a very difficult time.
