Terrible experience. These guys were supposed to handle my property purchase in Playa del Carmen, but honestly, they were a mess. Zero communication, tons of delays, and I had to keep asking for updates like I was the one doing their job. Totally unprofessional and not worth the stress. I’d stay far away from this office.
