Azucena helped us secure our original Residente Temporal after arriving Lakeside and with our 3-year INM renewal to our residente temporal status and vehicle TIP. I love this picture. This Princess gets the job done and done well. We are so pleased with the excellent legal and highly professional services of Azucena Bateman Campo and her staff. We completed the immigration process in Mexico with Azucena, but it really began in Canada. She advised us on what steps to take with the Mexican consulate in Toronto. And, when we were stopped at a police checkpoint she took our call and gave us the legal advice we needed. She took a 2nd call from us when we needed confirmation that we were obtaining the correct documents. And, when we arrived in Ajijic she completed all the paperwork, submitted them to the appropriate government offices and setup our appointment for our resident cards and obtained our vehicle import certificate. We could have never completed this process with such ease and all for 5000 pesos for 2 people ($370 CDN). We needed some financial documents printed as well and her office provided this service at no charge. Never would we have heard of such service in Canada without being charged for every minute spent on our file. Azucena and her staff have been extremely friendly, kind and supportive. She takes time to talk with you on a personal level. She was so welcoming, even once she was paid she continued to take her time in chatting with us. I am truly grateful to my friend for the referral.

I had a difficult decision. Even though she had a full day and wasn't taking any more clients this month, Azucena took 10 minutes and helped us make the right decision. And 2 days later because we followed her advice, we received our temporary visas in McAllen! And she wouldn't even take payment for her time. Amazing service!

Highly recommend Azucena and her team. Very helpful throughout our whole process of getting our permanent visas. She even had someone meet us at the INM office in Chapala for our appointment.
