I discovered Helping Expats Group after searching online for a legal translator to translate a document that was issued in Ecuador for use in another country and I’m very glad that I decided to contact them with my request. Elizabeth has been the main point of contact and I was absolutely delighted with her work, notably the responsiveness in communication, accuracy and quick turnaround time in completing the translation and subsequent notarization and attestation of the document. I felt very assured in dealing with Elizabeth as she is a certified translator by the Judicial Function of Ecuador in addition to being an Immigration Attorney. She was incredibly trustworthy especially as I was coordinating with her by email from overseas regarding the payment, process, translation and attestation and she promptly delivered on all the work as promised after I made the full payment in addition to providing even further clarification and assistance after the work was delivered. Elizabeth was exceptionally helpful and gracious throughout my communication with her and always willing to clarify all my doubts even for the smallest details and revise the work respectively if required. It would have taken twice as long to complete the translation if it wasn’t for her incredible efforts and goodwill.
