I had a great experience working with Gringo Visas for my Ecuadorian visa process. They were able to get everything done that I needed smoothly and efficiently. The team was communicative throughout the entire process — in both English and Spanish — which made everything much less stressful. They were informative, responsive, and always willing to answer my questions! Everyone I interacted with was professional, helpful, and genuinely supportive. I’m very grateful for their guidance and would absolutely recommend them to anyone navigating the visa process in Ecuador!!
Santiago’s expertise and knowledge of all the visa options and timeline sensitivities was extremely valuable. His professional and calm demeanour made our interactions fantastic. Highly recommended!
We recommend Gringo Visas to anyone who wants to minimize the stress of navigating the bureaucracy: they did it for us. We moved to Quito and worked with Marisol in person here, even though our Spanish language skills are minimal. She helped us with banking, powers of attorney, and more. Estefania in Cuenca couldn't have been more kind or responsive to every question. For us, working with them was worth every penny.
My husband and I have reached out to Gringo Visas and in few hours late on a Friday evening they responded and provided us with much needed information and advice regarding our visa. We couldn’t have been happier with their professionalism and prompt response on a difficult day with lots of bureaucratic challenges. We recommend them and we will use them again if needed. I'm extremely grateful for the fantastic support I received from the Gringo Visa team throughout the visa process. Their dedication, expertise, and prompt communication made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I truly felt valued as a client, and their availability over phone and email gave me the confidence that I was in capable hands. Beyond their visa services, they also excel in housing negotiations through closing, utility transfer assistance, senior discount applications, and so much more. If you're considering obtaining a visa through Gringo Visa, I wholeheartedly recommend their services. They've proven their commitment to their clients, and I look forward to more opportunities to work together in the future." Beautiful people Fantastic Service!
I would like to thank the entire team at Gringo Visa. Maite and Estafania and everyone who assisted in making the process as smooth and stress free as possible. It was so comforting knowing that they were able to take care of everything so quickly. The visa and the cedula came through without any problems. I will definitely be using them again when the time comes. I highly recommend Maite Duran and the whole team. Thank you Gringo Visa!!!
Yesterday’s experience was great. My translator Aurelia from Life in Loja that you provided couldn’t have been nicer and she was great company during the wait time. We managed to get a smile dare I say chuckle from the usually austere government official during the photo. Aurelia assures me that has never happened before. My whole process from visa transfer to cedula was painless and professionally handled. Thank you all!
I have been working with Gringo Visa for almost 3 years now. They are very professional and communicate quickly. Looking back at all the details that have gotten me to getting my permanent visa last month, I really had an easy time of it. I’m very grateful for the team at GV! Muchas Gracias!
