Friendly staff only speak Spanish which is understandable pretty fast service seems to be clean and well secure I wouldn't say the outside areas greatly safe that you might want to have a taxi wait for you if you're getting a large amount of money but besides that in the daytime it seems to be fine not a bad area and lots of commercial Business activity so to receive money there in the daytime there's no issue I've walked many times through there and also some good Chinese restaurants nearby lots of shopping mainly for the mining industry also a few motorcycle dealers and other hardware stores
